본 연구는 제3차 전국자연환경조사(2012년)에 4월부터 10월까지 수행된 조사결과 중 진도에 해당하는 진도, 지산, 문내, 율리 도엽(1/25,000)에서 어류 분포현황에 대한 조사데이터를 수집 생산하기 위해 수행되었다. 조사결과 진도에서는 총 7과 25종 3,397개체의 어류의 서식이 확인되었으며, 반출승인대상생물자원은 Squalidus gracilis majimae, Abbottina rivularis, Aphyocypris chinensis, Hemiculter eigenmanni, Rhodeus ocellatus, Iksookimia hugowolfeldi, Iksookimia koreensis, Trachidermus fasciatus, Monopterus albus, Macropodus ocellatus, Oryzias latipes 등 11종이었다. 진도의 우점종은 참붕어(Pseudorasbora parva)로 전체 어종의 26.3%를 차지했으며, 아우점종은 붕어(Carassius auratus)로 16.0% 차지했다.

Abstract

Abstract
The fish community in the Jin Island (Jindo, Jisan, Munnae, Yulri, 1/25,000 scale) was investigated with the data collected through the 3rd National Ecosystem Survey from April to October in 2012. During the period, 25 species belonging to 7 families were collected. There were 11 biological resources subject to the approval of outbound transfer, including Squalidus gracilis majimae, Abbottina rivularis, Aphyocypris chinensis, Hemiculter eigenmanni, Rhodeus ocellatus, Iksookimia hugowolfeldi, Iksookimia koreensis, Trachidermus fasciatus, Monopterus albus, Macropodus ocellatus and Oryzias latipes. The dominant species was Pseudorasbora parva(26.3%), and the subdominant spaecies was Carassius auratus(16.0%).
Background
In Korea, from 1989 National Ecosystem Survey (NES) was conducted by ministry of environment for every 10 years to cover whole south Korea in 1/25,000 scale. The scope of NES including 8 taxa – vegetation, plant, fish, macro invertebrate, insect, birds, amphibian & reptile, mammal and geomorphology. With the results of ecosystem survey we build up species and ecosystem database based on GIS environment. Ecosystem database is becoming very necessary to understand origins and relationship between human and nature and also to reduce ecosystem disturbance.
New information
An ecological information platform can play important roles as a computing system to collect knowledge, distributed research findings and separated data from researchers. We designed and developed ecological information portal service (EcoBank 1.0) for collecting and providing ecological information for various stake-holders. Then, we developed basic functions to analyze ecosystem for each stake-holders (researchers, general public and policy makers). We successfully designed a computing system named EcoBank supporting the functions of Digital Object Identifier (DOI) publish and data quality management.

1. 서론

환경부는 1989년부터 매 10년 주기로 전국의 자연환경에 대하여 지형·경관과 식생 및 동·식물 분포현황을 조사하여 왔다. 전국자연환경조사는 전국에 분포하는 주요 지형·경관, 식생 및 동·식물 등의 조사를 통해 생물다양성 및 생태계의 물리환경에 대한 현황을 파악함으로써 생물자원의 효율적인 관리체계의 기초자료를 마련하고, 생태·자연도를 갱신하여 국토보전과 개발계획 수립 시 지침으로 활용함으로써 자연환경보전에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 현재 전국자연환경조사는 2014년부터 10년 주기에서 5년 주기로 1/25,000 축척의 전국 824개 도엽을 연도별 나누어 식생 및 동·식물 9개 분야의 서식현황을 조사하고 있다. 본 연구는 제3차 전국자연환경조사 중 2012년에 수행된 진도지역의 어류 분포현황에 대한 조사데이터를 수집 생산하기 위해 수행되었다.

2. 프로젝트 개요(소개)

국립생태원은 2013년 10월에 설립되어 환경부의 전국자연환경조사 사업을 새롭게 매 5년 주기로 수행하고 있으며, 현재 제5차 전국자연환경조사 사업이 진행되고 있다. 전국자연환경조사는 1/25,000 축척의 수치지형도를 기반으로 전국의 지형·경관과 식물, 식생, 곤충, 저서성대형무척추동물, 어류, 양서·파충류, 조류, 포유류 등 9개 동·식물 분류군을 조사하는 국가단위의 조사사업이다. 본 연구는 전국자연환경조사 중 2012년에 수행된 진도지역의 어류 분포현황 조사데이터를 수집 생산하였다.

3. 조사 방법

본 조사는 제3차 전국자연환경조사 지침(2006)의 어류조사방법에 따라 투망(7 X 7 mm)과 족대(3 X 3 mm) 등을 사용하였으며, 하천의 크기나 유량 등에 따라 적절한 채집도구를 이용하였고, 채집 시간을 안배하였다. 채집된 어류는 현장에서 종을 동정하여 개체수를 기록한 후 대부분 방류하였고, 일부 표본은 현장에서 사진촬영을 실시하였다. 어종의 동정은 김(1997), 김과 박(2002), 김 등(2005)에 따랐으며, 데이터는 국립생태원의 생태정보 종합시스템인 EcoBank의 데이터표준과 품질관리 절차를 준용하여 생산하였다.

4. 시간적 범위

본 연구에 사용된 데이터는 2012년 4월부터 10월까지 제3차 전국자연환경조사(2012년) 어류 조사결과 중 진도에 해당하는 도엽으로 구분하였다.

5. 공간적 범위

본 연구는 전라북도 진도군에 해당하는 진도, 지산, 문내, 율리 도엽(1/25,000)에서 어류조사지점을 좌표(위경도)로 표기하여 수행되었다(.

6. 결과

진도에서는 총 7과 25종 3,397개체의 어류의 서식이 확인되었다. 어류의 구성비를 살펴보면 잉어과 어류가 12종(48.0%), 망둑어과 어류가 5종(20.0%), 미꾸리과 어류가 4종(16.0%), 그 외의 둑중개과, 드렁허리과, 버들붕어과, 송사리과 어류가 각각 1종(4%)씩 차지하고 있다(Fig. 2). 진도의 우점종은 Pseudorasbora parva로 전체 어종의 26.3%를 차지했으며, 아우점종은 Carassius auratus로 16.0% 차지했다(Fig. 3). 멸종위기어류는 서식이 확인되지 않았으며, 서식이 확인된 25종 중 국외반출승인대상종은 Squalidus gracilis majimae, Abbottina rivularis, Aphyocypris chinensis, Hemiculter eigenmanni, Rhodeus ocellatus, Iksookimia hugowolfeldi, Iksookimia koreensis, Trachidermus fasciatus, Monopterus albus, Macropodus ocellatus, Oryzias latipes 등 11종이다. 본 조사지역의 하천은 거의 대부분은 수로형태의 평지천으로 정수식물과 부업식물이 산재해있다. 이에 대한 기존 조사 결과는 제3차 전국자연환경조사보고서(2012, 국립환경과학원)로 발표된 바 있다.
